I thought I'd offer some thoughts on a book I finished last week.

It is called winning the loser's game and is by charles d ellis.

I thought it was excellent. Basic ideas involved why index trackers are good. Why most investors are bad clients and why invesment policy is so important. It is well researched, but the original is from the 1970s. All the same, it makes some good points about subjects which an investor probably does not think too often.

I bought it because Warren Buffett describes it as a 'perfect' book. I'll give it 4.5 stars as i did enjoy it and certainly learnt something new.
