Anyone using Technitrader.com course?

I'm about to drop a grand on this- any knowledgeable replies would be appreciated.

HAHA well do they seem for real? What did you learn from the DVD?

The DVD is 90 minutes and impressed the hell out of me. What impressed me most was the unsolicited testimonials from students who took the course years ago and claim they were able to become financially independent because of it.

I will buy it unless someone who took the course has something real bad to say about it- or someone who took a different course has something outstanding to say about it.

I know some people here swear by the "learn it yourself approach".

I have no argument with them, but I want to start with a great, proven course.

Well everything you need to know you can find on the web. But if that has everything in one small package for $1000 then to me it would be well worth it. If you get it tell us if it was worth it. Good Luck

Roger, willco.

The Israeli Air Force says it can turn a chimpanzee into a fighter pilot if it has 30 years. I know everything's on the web, but I don't have 30 years. I agree with you that if the course does what it says, it's well worth it.

Just wondering if you bought it yet, you may want to check out E-Bay as I saw it on there for like 500 Canadian, you don't get the 3 months of email support but everything else

No, I just bought Greencat's CD instead. I haven't ruled technitrader out, yet. Thanks for the tip.

i've tried it

i use it here and there.....it's pretty neat software with lots of scans already built in....it's not the most user friendly thing i've seen but then again it's not too tough to use....it only scans the US exchanges no Canadian stock which was disappointing to learn after the fact. Their email support is good if you use it....i was too busy to use it properly during the time they offered it to me.

but to have everything in one like that is worth it...even at 1K, but if you can get it on ebay for cheaper all the better...

if you get it, you must also pay a monthly fee to upload daily data...like 40$ a month or so....

overall i think it's worth the money they ask for it or what you can negotiate it down to.

hope this helps somewhat

Thanks for your feedback, Kingsu- much appreciated. I'll start with Mr. Greencat's CD and group email club- which is awesome. I definitely have a lifetime of info to learn from him, and he seems totally in to teaching- I may never need to go to technitrader.

yeah you won't

with Greencat's help......he's unbelievable and understands this game inside and out.....the one thing i forgot to mention about technitrader is the training dvds that come with are really good. they talk about entry and exit signals which i found very informative....i'm sure CAT's material will be invaluable as well...

Technitrader

I've just finished the methodology course from Technitrader and have learned alot. The instructors are very informative showing buying and selling signals along with setting up safety stops. I am just getting ready to start my paper trading with the simulator software that comes with it, I'll get back with you all when I start that, but I think I'm totally getting my moneys worth. Also, I did see them on ebay, but they don't come with any student support and that would have been extra, even more that just buying it direct. I hope this helps
