Lazy days in Shanghai
We had a fun time celebrating Mark's birthday in our China hotelof Shanghai with a couple friends and Mark's brother, Matt. It's been wickedly hot--record high temps for Shanghai this past couple of weeks, with the beginning of our China Tour Packages. We went to a museum to cool off on Sunday and by the time we reached the lobby, we were soaked with sweat. And then we got cold and were shivering during our tour of the Shanghai Museum. I see men and women sleeping in the subway station to escape the heat. We come back to our apartment of our china vacation packagesand are extra grateful for our functioning and high powered air conditioning units in each room. Today we had a total solar eclipse in Shanghai. It was still pretty wild to be standing outside at 9:30am and have the sky go totally dark, the streetlights pop on, and then slowly the sun moved and it was back to daylight in another few minutes. My friend Emily, who took his Shanghai Flighttoday see the eclipse on the air. In other big news, we are moving apartments, because we are going to travel in China, including Tibet, Beijing ,Guilin. Everyone is asking the big and obvious question of when are we coming back for good. I really can't make a firm commitment. This blog is about me, the kids, our family and life in China.

Air Jordan II (1986)
The Air Jordan II was designed by Bruce Kilgore and just as its predecessor it showed a great innovative design. The low-tops were produced in Italy and and were far more stylish than the ordinary basketball shoe. Surprisingly this is the only original Air Jordan ever that has not been made in a black version. While there were plans to release the nike jordan 2 in black, these never became a reality for the original release of the nike jordan 8.
