Company Confirms That All Planned Acquisitions Are on Track

NEW YORK, NY, May 13, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Fortress Financial Group,
Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO) confirms that all acquisitions being negotiated by the
Company are on track for completion and all of these Agreements are now being
completed by the various Attorneys involved in these multiple transactions and
acquisitions.

The delays have been caused by "Regulatory hurdles" as a number of these
companies being acquired by the Company are regulated in various States and on a
Federal level.

It is hoped that the majority of the "first round" of these acquisitions, which
will cement the "Company's base" in the Consumer Finance Sector; will be
