What do you find effective time/studies wise?

I'm curious as to what everyone find more effective setups time/study/pair wise with Forex.

phat, i anywhere from 3 or 5 or 15 minutes. i think it depends on how much available margin you have. the longer the period (meaning you're likely to stay in for most of that period), the more likely you will experience a strong adverse move (fast or slow), and therefore the more available margin you need. i also use longer periods for diagnostic purposes to see probable ranges of my current play.
