Gordon here, New Member

Hi Members,

I am a newbie here.

I teach high school multimedia, photography, design, math, yearbook and business classes.

I figure my pension could use a boost so I am here to learn how to fish so to speak. Catch a man a fish he can eat for a day, but teach a man to fish he can eat every day...

To start my microcap portfolio I choose a handful of PVCT, SWW, CNVT to buy and watch and hopefully sell for a profit down the road.

I also read that USTT, NWD, and VFIN may be a strong buy...any thoughts.

Regards, Gordon

Whats wrong with VFIN minus the low volume? Revenues and income appear to be increasing and the T/A on it seems to be bullish

Oh and Hi, I"m new here too its my first day.

It would be nice to see VFIN go on a run like FCON did week ago.

I think it may be fair buy at less than 20cents...I may go in on it then.

I read somewhere that a person should buy when volume is over 100,000...

Voume should be compared to the float actually. When working with stocks its best to get in the habbit of working with percentages... 100,000 shares for a company that has 1 billion shares is synonomous to a company with a float of 100 million and volume at 10,000
