my 401k finally arrived i need HELP!!!!

ok in the packet it seems simple enough it says i can allow up to 100% of my earnings so i elected to go with 15% then under it,it says employee investment elections.and options on how i want my contributions invested and it has these companies listed with a % sign next to them asking me how much of my money percentage do i want invested in each stock..here are the stocks

federated capital preservation fund : theres no symbol for that
american performance intermediate bond fund :APFBX
american perfomance balance fund :APBAX
federated max cap index fund :FMXSX
mfs value fund (a) :MEIAX
american performance growth equity fund :APGEX
aim constellation trust :NBGEX
neuberger berman genesis trust :NBGEX
templetion foreign fund :TEMFX

and also next to each fund it has colums that say month,3month,y-t-d,1 yr,3yrs,5yrs,10yrs, wich all of the prices increasing untill they hit 5 years then just a few go down a bit and some go up even higher for example for
MFS VALUE FUND(A) its listed like this
month-$1.99
3month-$5.08
y-t-d-$6.70
1 year-$15.64
3 years-$7.31
5 years-$6.77
10 years-N/A

so please any help would be awsome im supposed to choose from the following invesments in 1% increaments..thankyou.

Depends really... what are your options on these positions? Secondly, also take into consideration that most 401K's make you wait for awhile before you can take out 100% invested.
