grizz- so far i have always had excellent executions (except once around march 2005 when no mm could be found- so it took an hour). their trading desk is much improved over when i was complaining last summer, but it has no AON function so sometimes get multiple fills (happened once to me so far- last week, got two fills).
proclivity-- no special charges on pinks etc- all is $5 as far as i know.
EDIT: grizz, you can get around the "no AON" problem by not using the trading desk for buys- just use the regular interface.
