May I ask, what aspect of the stock option plan amendment would make you most "uncomfortable" in this case?

I think the whole matter in this occurrence is only a mild degree of selfishness on the part of Tahera's "key officers" and I am prepared, though reluctantly, (havn't done it yet) to give them my vote on item 3. Yes, it can be misinterpreted when they state on page 6 (vs Chaching's discovery on page 7 on the RS issue) that this increase of shares would only represent 2.3% of the total shares but, I hesitate to believe that it was meant to deceive us. Unless of course they suppose that the entire Tahera independant shareholder population is stupid and/or ignorant.
