I agree with you Hellcat65. I am new as well and I have found this forum to be my guidebook to 'help' me. I try to soak it all in and filter what is useful and what is heresay/garbage. I have these same questions. I know a lot of it comes from just experience and learning, but where do you start.

I would Level 1 Candidate that a large protion of it is trust mixed with some greed. You won't find very many people who are rich that will help the next guy out. To me it's sad, but that's the way it goes. Less helping the guy next to you and more helping yourself. That's what I like about this forum. Many on here don't 'sell' their experience they share it. They help out the next guy on what they know. It's like the military. In there your job is to function as a group. Not to be Rambo or John Wayne. You watch the other guys back and he watches yours. Everyone now-a-days is out for themselves and against everyone else. It should be us v/ the issue and not me v/ everyone else plus the issue.
