Just wanted to check in quickly and let you know that we are nearing our release point. I also want to thank everyone for emailing. We are getting a LOT of email and I’m sorry if I haven’t been responding to everyone yet. We are however collecting questions and will release an FAQ soon. Here is a quick posting of the most common ones:Q: “I ordered gold from you on ____”, “where is my gold?”, “I would like a refund..”, etc. Answer: These are questions you must take up with the merchant you purchased gold from. Wow gold offers you the ability to see in real time gold for sale from different merchants. Once you select to purchase gold from one of them, you will need to follow up with them in particular.Q: “I want to share the experiences I had purchasing gold from one of your merchants. Can I?”Answer: Yes! And No This is a future enhancement planned for the site where you’ll be able to rate & review merchants and your experiences with them. For now while I’m personally interested to hear your experiences, we don’t yet have any facilities to publish them.Q: “I only received a portion of the gold I purchased… Is this normal?”Answer: This is not something I’m familiar with but considering we keep getting this question, and from a variety of merchants. I think the answer is yes this occurs. Can anyone else answer better why it happens? Most merchants seem to either deliver the rest later, offer a partial refund, or give store credit when this happens.Q: “I am a merchant. How can I have my products listed on this site?”Answer: During the beta we are not allowing new submissions. After version 1.0 release we will begin to formalize an application process for new merchants. Q: “I want to buy power4leveling.com.
