Curious.....how's real estate doing down there in SoCal? Up here in Washington, it's cooled to some degree, but certainly prices haven't dropped off like other parts of the country (Parts of the South and Midwest)....we are still on the incline albeit to a lesser degree than in the past 10 yrs.
